Outdoor Fire Solutions Limited Warranty

Outdoor Fire Solutions warrants its products to be free from defective material and workmanship for the period of time indicated below for each product line. The warranty time periods listed below are from the original date of purchase. Outdoor Fire Solutions agrees to repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any defective product if returned to Outdoor Fire Solutions within the warranty period and accompanied by proof of purchase. This warranty does not extend to any Outdoor Fire Solutions products that have been subjected to misuse, neglect, accidents, incorrect wiring, or used in violation of operating instructions furnished by us, nor does it extend to any units altered or repaired for warranty defects by anyone other than Outdoor Fire Solutions. This warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages and is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. No representative or person is authorized to assume any other liability for us in connection with the sale of our products. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and/or the exclusion/limitation of incidental/consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to the original CUSTOMER. BOWLS

All fire bowls are only covered under warranty if installed according to specifications and when used with our burners equipped with an orifice and the correct size burner as per the specifications.

RETURNS

Items ordered and returned will be charged a 15% restocking fee, provided they are in original saleable condition. Blemished items are sold as-is & are not returnable. Special order / non-inventory items are produced on a custom basis only and require a 100% Non-Returnable Deposit and are not returnable for refund or credit. Any items ordered with a custom color, pre-cored valve hole, asphalt emulsion, concrete sealer, or with a sandblast finish are not returnable for refund or credit. *All shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return.

WARRANTY

All Bowl products are warrantied for 6 months from the date of delivery or pick-up against any manufacturing defect if installed to specifications and when used with our burners with an orifice and correct size burner per specification. Small stress cracks and surface crazing are a natural occurrence in concrete and are not covered by warranty. Damage from vandalism, misuse, fire use, saltwater pools, subfreezing temperatures or neglect is not covered by warranty. Warranty work will be performed upon receipt of all of the following; (1) Photos that display defects.

FIRE RINGS

Stainless Steel Rings are warranted for 6 months. Warranty work will be performed upon receipt of all of the following; (1) Photos that display defects.

ELECTRONIC IGNITION SYSTEMS

(PURCHASED PRIOR TO APRIL 15, 2018)

AWEIS SC, AWEIS HC, Vulcan Fire Module, Tiki Torches, Auto Fire on Water Surface System:

 All electronic ignition systems are warranted for 1 year with a limited warranty for 4 years. As part of the one-year warranty, in the event a system has to be replaced due to a product malfunction of the system, Outdoor Fire Solutions will replace the system free of charge. This warranty does not cover labor costs. Problems with the system functioning properly due to gas, plumbing, or electrical installed by others are not covered under this warranty. In the event a system fails after the first year (starting from purchase date) and within four years of date of purchase, the cost for a replacement system is at a discounted rate of 50% of the current listed price. Outdoor Fire Solutions is not responsible for the cost of service/labor incurred for replacing a system purchased at the 50% discounted rate.

AWEIS MCS/SCG/HCG/XHCG, Vulcan Fire Module CG, Tiki Torches, SUBEIS CG:

Residential: All electronic ignition systems are warranted for (3) years.

Commercial: All electronic ignition systems are warranted for (1) year.

As part of the warranty, in the event a system has to be replaced due to a defect/malfunction of the system, Outdoor Fire Solutions will replace the system Free of Charge. This warranty does not cover service and labor fees. Problems in the functioning of the system due to gas plumbing or electrical installed by others are not covered under this warranty.

RETURNS

All orders from Outdoor Fire Solutions (OFS) may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. In order to return or exchange (under warranty guidelines) all or part of your order, you must have your order/invoice number. All merchandise must be in the original packaging including, manuals, accessories, cables, etc. Returns must be requested within the 30 days for the receipt date. Any shipping or handling charges on the original order cannot be refunded. At our discretion, we may levee a restocking fee of 15% of the cost of items returned. *All shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return.

Outdoor Fire Solutions is not responsible for shipping cost or damage on returned items. Products being returned should be packaged carefully. Please be advised that packages sent by normal US Postal Service cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. Since OFS cannot provide credit for a return without confirmation of receipt, we recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked and or insured.
